Yes!  Don't let geography limit your access to quality care.  Although the Georgia Mind Center is located in Conyers, Georgia, teletherapy provides access to people located throughout the state of Georgia and South Carolina.  If you are located in either of those two states, you are eligible to participate in telehealth services. 

The Georgia Mind Center is a solo private practice and does not offer psychiatry or psychological evaluation services. Dr. Davis is a psychotherapist and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (GA) and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (SC). The scope of services provided is limited to psychotherapy only (aka mental health talk therapy). 

• Step 1: Contact the Georgia Mind Center LLC for a case consultation. The purpose of the case consultation is to determine your needs and whether it is something that can be serviced by Georgia Mind Center LLC. 
• Step 2: If it is mutually agreed that the service available by Georgia Mind Center LLC can meet your needs, Dr. Davis will send you intake forms (including consent forms) that you will need to complete prior to the intake session . Intake sessions are approximately 50 minutes in length. 
• Step 4: Schedule and attend your weekly counseling session.

No.  As a mental health professional, I strive to provide the highest quality of care. That's why I use a private self-pay fee for service model and not accept insurance. This allows me to provide clients with greater confidentiality and peace of mind knowing that their treatment needs are not dictated by a third party. Instead, I can focus on providing the best possible care for each client.  Payment is required at the time of service via e-check, credit card, or Health Spending Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) . Cash is not accepted.  

No.  The Georgia Mind Center LLC  practice is a fee-for-service  entity. This allows me to provide clients with greater confidentiality and peace of mind knowing that their treatment needs are not dictated by a third party. (i.e., insurance company). 

Dr. Davis is only licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. Individuals residing in other locations (either temporarily or perrmananetly) are not eligible for the services.
